Job description

Based at our office in Madrid, Spain you will:

  • Proactively and efficiently source and secure new business opportunities and drive sales through inbound lead handling and outbound calls and e-mails, prospecting in the Iberian Market.
  • Manage the entire sales process, by following our step-by-step plan for learning and earning. You'll mainly use phone calls and online presentations to do this, but you'll also need to take part in face-to-face events and webinars.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, thoroughly assessing customer needs, helping and information on products and value add as well as building strong relationships with customers.
  • Supplier Onboarding: successfully onboard our customers’ suppliers and/or customers to our platform to help expand our Network.
  • Follow and achieve department’s sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Be a part of a Global Team that is highly motivated and valued by both Pagero Group and our customers.
  • Collaboration with co-workers to ensure proper customer service and sales excellence.
  • Maintain a consistent operational workflow of day-to-day activities committed to delivering results.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Portuguese and Spanish.
  • A minimum of B2-level in Portuguese language is required.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Over 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems.
  • Strong desire to develop within technological sales.

 

Additional information

  • Scope: Full time (6 months’ probationary period).
  • Start date: As soon as possible.
  • Location: Pagero’s office, Calle Fuencarral 121, Madrid, Spain.
  • It is mandatory to hold a NIE or working permit for Spain before applying (for non-EU citizens).

The position is to be filled in our Madrid office with and hybrid work model (3days/week onsite.
