Job description

  • Incident Documentation: Receive and meticulously document incidents in our ticketing system, ensuring all pertinent details are captured accurately.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve issues or, when necessary, escalate them to the second-line support team to ensure swift problem resolution.
  • IFS Solution Support: Provide support for our IFS solution, assisting users with their queries and troubleshooting any system-related issues.
  • ERP Ecosystem Support: Extend your support to other solutions connected to the ERP ecosystem, ensuring their functionality and integration are seamless.
  • Planned Work: Execute planned work related to data governance and user management, contributing to the overall efficiency and security of the ERP environment.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or Finance or Business Management or Customer Relationship Management or Logistics Management or anything related to ERP with strong computer literacy and very strong communication skills
  • Experience: Hands-on experience with IFS is essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and end-users.
  • Self-motivation: A self-starter mindset, driven by a commitment to continuous improvement through personal research and development.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing you to tackle complex issues efficiently
  • Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage.

Desired qualification

In addition to the core qualifications, the following experience and skills will be highly valued:

  • IFS Cloud / Aurena version: Prior experience with the latest version of IFS will be highly valued.
  • Helpdesk System: Prior experience with Zendesk or other helpdesk systems, showcasing your ability to efficiently manage and resolve customer support requests.
  • Other ERP tools: Familiarity with solutions such as Zift, Jira, or Addovation for creating and managing service documentation, enhancing your ability to streamline support processes.
  • IFS Lifecycle: Experience with IFS Lifecycle is a significant plus, demonstrating your expertise in utilizing the full potential of IFS.
